STATION PARKING

INDIGO makes passengers’ journeys easier and more fluid by offering solutions tailored to the specific needs of each station. More than just parking facilities, we design mobility hubs.

ANALYZE AND OPTIMIZE TRAFFIC FLOWS

INDIGO responds to the need to welcome and orient passengers in stations, ensuring a smooth journey. Tourist flows during major departures, commuter flows or flows linked to high-speed, regional or local lines… We analyze all flows and user needs. The objective? Provide stations with adapted parking solutions in terms of accessibility (external access, access to high-speed train platforms) and fluidity (size of aisles and ramps, drop-off zones).

The station car park should be designed as a transition and service area, allowing passengers easy access to the next point in their journey.

PARKING AS A CROSSROADS FOR TRAVEL

Seat guidance, real-time seat availability on the application, reservation system, systematic provision of train timetables… Fluidity and clarity are optimized throughout the customer journey. Our remote operation center also enables us to provide quality service to our customers 24 hours a day. We also offer services tailored to the specific needs of park-and-ride facilities, such as recognition of public transport tickets, information services in conjunction with the transport operator, electric recharging stations, dedicated parking zones for motorcycles, and secure parking facilities for bicycles. Solutions are also proposed to encourage car-pooling.

CUSTOMIZED PRICE ENGINEERING

To encourage intermodality, INDIGO offers weekend fares, packages and season tickets coupled with public transport offers, fully digitized via Indigo Neo and tailored to the needs of station users.

Universities and business schools

INDIGO helps universities and prestigious higher education institutions manage their parking facilities, with the aim of smoothing the flow of traffic around their campuses and ensuring a seamless student experience.
