LOCAL COMMUNICATION

INDIGO has developed a multi-channel local communication program, combining posters, audio messages, mailings and in-store exchanges, to inform users and raise their awareness.

As a committed player at the heart of cities and users’ daily lives, INDIGO ensures that this proximity is embodied in all its communications, through a variety of channels and dedicated forums.

LONG-TERM COMMUNICATION

Parking-related communication is all too often informative. INDIGO goes one step further and aims to convey messages that focus on quality of life and the challenges of parking in the city. Our communication plans are designed over several years to ensure that the messages we believe in are not only infused, but also adopted. Our local communications are structured around several channels:

  • Signage in our car parks to highlight INDIGO’s commitments and special features, as well as our latest offers,
  • Audio messages broadcast in our car parks via INDIGO radio, which plays soothing, reassuring music, while sharing information about our services, local events, weekend ideas and cultural news,
  • Regular letters and e-mails inform users of new services, events in their city, upcoming works or possible incidents in real time. In France, an average of more than 550 communications are sent each year.

PLACES FOR EXCHANGE AND INFORMATION

In INDIGO’s branded boutiques, located at the heart of the company’s infrastructure, our sales teams welcome customers, provide information and answer all their questions.

These welcoming places of exchange and information are intended to reflect our parking services.

They can also be adapted to festive contexts, as in Nancy, France, where the INDIGO boutique is transformed into a literary café for the Festival du Livre.

Our mission

Because mobility and parking are priorities for cities, we create spaces to facilitate the flow of people and goods.
