Because healthcare facilities present specific challenges in terms of safety and accessibility, INDIGO offers customized, adapted and optimized mobility and parking services. The aim is to make it easier for users to get around, and give healthcare professionals greater control over their movements and time.
In the vicinity of hospitals, parking management and organization play an essential role: efficiency for healthcare staff, reduced stress for patients and visitors, accessibility for emergency services, smooth flow of deliveries… Our technical department works closely with our partners – architects, design offices and contractors – to integrate all of these parameters into our development projects. A precise analysis of the hospital’s activity, its spatial organization and its real estate and logistics master plans enables us to propose parking solutions that include zones dedicated to specific groups of users, as close as possible to their destinations, and to increase parking supply by developing ground-level car parks and creating silo car parks. Our projects make ample room for sustainable mobility (bicycles, electric recharging stations, car pooling) and systematically integrate the environmental dimension (soil permeabilization, planting of green shade, photovoltaic energy production, etc.).
Our digital solutions contribute to a smooth, seamless journey. Thanks to the Indigo Neo application, users can reserve a space in advance, access public parking areas without taking a ticket, and subscribe to and renew a parking pass. Light medical vehicles, via IEP code recognition (patient identification code), can drop off a patient and access a dedicated waiting area. Last but not least, our remote operation tools guarantee optimum responsiveness for our teams, whether they intervene on site or remotely, to ensure fast, efficient assistance in sometimes isolated areas.
Hospital parking needs to be fully adapted to the different needs of hospital staff, emergency personnel, patients and visitors.
