They take on a wide range of tasks. On a day-to-day basis, they are involved in the smooth running and maintenance of the car parks and their equipment (toll booths, payment and security equipment). Focused on our customers, they welcome and inform people who park in our car parks. They work in close collaboration with the site manager and maintenance technicians, as part of a team with complementary expertise.
They monitor paid on-street parking and inform customers of the various payment options (smartphone, pay and display machines, etc.) and parking conditions. Depending on the city, they may operate on foot, by bicycle or even drive a specialized vehicle.
In charge of a team, they oversee the smooth running of several car parks (cleanliness, reception, maintenance, infrastructure and security). They have a very broad view of operations, taking charge of budgetary, commercial, logistical, technical and organizational aspects, and work as part of a team with various support functions.
They are responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on all car park equipment (tolls, video, public address systems, electric vehicle charging stations). They may also work on-street (commissioning and setting parameters for parking meters). They diagnose faults and report malfunctions, thus contributing directly to a smooth customer experience.
As remote agents, they assist, inform and respond to customer requests via our intercom systems. They also monitor infrastructure remotely, particularly in terms of fire safety, and alert the appropriate services if necessary. As the first point of entry in the customer journey, they contribute to quality customer relations, the smooth running of our car parks and equipment, and the safety of people and infrastructure.
