After an extensive RFP process focused on creating the ultimate customer and staff experience, Banner University Medical Center Phoenix has selected LAZ to manage their on-campus parking operations located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The management contract began on November 20 and consists of four valet operations, four shuttle operations, and 4,236 spaces, which doubles the LAZ market share and triples the LAZ work force in Phoenix.
Pending final approval, LAZ will onboard three additional Banner Health locations in 2018.
