GALAXY is the largest shopping and leisure center in northwest Poland. Located in the heart of Szczecin, it offers direct access to all levels of its multi-storey car park from the main hall, and to its underground car park via elevators and escalators. From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., a dedicated team is on hand to assist customers and facilitate traffic flow. Outside these hours, the remote surveillance center takes over. The car park is equipped with a system of barriers and automatic payment terminals (12 cash desks and 6 exit terminals).
Our goal is to provide an optimal parking experience for customers of the GALAXY shopping and leisure center. We offer a loyalty program enabling customers to obtain “Galaxiors” when making purchases, redeemable for rewards and discounts on parking. Customers can also benefit from 3 hours’ free parking for any purchase over 100 PLN, via the Galaxy app and a discount obtained in the INDIGO boutique.
Subscriptions are available, with RFID access cards for fast entry/exit. BLIK payment is accepted at pay stations and exits. Electric vehicle charging stations are installed on levels 0 and -1. The multi-storey car park is open 24 hours a day and accessible to all.
