The P3 Saint-Jean-Belcier station car park is a superstructure car park financed and operated by INDIGO. Its construction, which took two years to complete, was part of the metamorphosis of the Saint-Jean station, to coincide with the arrival of the high-speed line.
As the gateway to a modernized station, the P3 car park was designed to provide passengers with modern, easy-to-access parking that is well suited to the challenges of increasing passenger numbers. It features facilities and services dedicated to enhance the customer experience (parking space guidance, real-time availability of spaces and latest-generation toll equipment enabling a wide range of payment methods (CB, NFC, GR card, Liber-T badge, etc.).
The architectural approach adopted for the car park is the result of a complex technical challenge, characterized by a concrete structure pushed to its limits. This particularly airy architecture blends in perfectly with its railway environment.
A parking offer adapted to all users
With 6 elevated levels served by a central circular ramp for rapid access to floors, the P3 car park features areas reserved for people with reduced mobility, motorized two-wheelers and electric vehicles (areas equipped with charging stations).
Level -1 is dedicated to the drop-off area (70 spaces with free 10-minute parking), as well as a premium area with some 40 spaces accessible by reservation only.
A second car park, with a capacity of 750 additional spaces (P4), completes the parking offer.
