parking spaces

In 2010, Zaragoza’s Lozano Blesa University Hospital, a major hospital in Aragon with over 800 beds and 300,000 consultations a year, entrusted INDIGO with the construction and management of its first underground car park. INDIGO successfully met the challenge of minimizing the impact of the work on hospital activity, while ensuring rapid execution and providing a car park adapted to the facility’s specific needs.

The project, which opened in January 2012, incorporated customized solutions for patients, staff and visitors. It features a higher-than-standard number of spaces reserved for the disabled, dedicated spaces for ambulances and people with reduced mobility near the emergency room, and a guidance system to facilitate internal circulation.

To optimize the user experience, INDIGO has deployed complementary services: VIA-T payment, charging stations for electric vehicles, delivery lockers and flexible subscription cards for care staff. The car park operates 24 hours a day, with optimized management combining human presence at peak times and remote assistance via the remote operation center outside these periods.

Thanks to this modern and adapted infrastructure, INDIGO has significantly improved the hospital’s accessibility and comfort, guaranteeing an efficient and satisfying parking experience for all users.
