As developers in the INDIGO Group’s Digital Factory, they design a simple, intuitive and attractive customer journey. They find innovative UX/UI solutions to solve our customers’ problems, and work to make our Indigo Neo application the market leader.
As part of the Business Intelligence team, they analyze revenues and formulate pricing recommendations for all products and channels. These data analyses help optimize revenues and improve the effectiveness of commercial offers, thus contributing to the company’s financial success.
As members of our Technical and Major Projects Department, they play a key role in the design of our infrastructures. Based on the architect’s sketches, they draw up and develop technical files and plans that serve as a basis for all phases of the design and implementation of the work: construction, upgrading, renovation and redevelopment of car parks, for example.
They participate in calls for tender for operating concessions issued by town councils or conurbations on all legal aspects, such as the draft articles of association or mandate agreement that clarify the collaboration between upstream customers and INDIGO.
They take part in the installation of fiber and networks in the car parks to guarantee the high quality transmission of information flows. They also install and monitor firewalls to ensure the protection of processed data. They are key to service continuity for our customers.
